Clayton grew up in Texas and, after playing college baseball, pursued an international career before returning to earn his MS degree in geology from TCU.

With several years of experience in both oil and gas exploration, as well as mineral exploration, he has worked across the continental U.S. and led teams that made significant discoveries in Arizona and other regions.

Having worked with both large and small companies, Clayton is passionate about providing businesses with the tools they need to run successful operations and build profitable mines.
